CTS Battery Multi-Compartment Fuel Tank Alarm

The CTS Battery Multi-Compartment Fuel Tank Alarm is built for sites that need reliable multi zone monitoring without relying on mains power. Designed for use on isolated or portable installations, this system provides clear alerts for overfill, high or low liquid levels and bund leaks, helping operators protect both equipment and the environment.

Multi Channel Tank Protection

This fuel tank alarm offers three core monitoring functions: detecting tank overfill, identifying high or low liquid levels and alerting to fluid in the bund. Each channel can be configured by the installer, allowing the tank level alarm to be tailored to the specific layout and safety requirements of the installation. When an alarm condition is triggered, the relevant channel illuminates on the display, supported by a loud siren and flashing red light.

Battery Powered for Flexible Installation

As a battery operated system, this bund alarm is ideal for remote or portable tanks where mains power is not available. A low battery warning is built in, producing a single beep every minute to ensure maintenance is not overlooked and the unit remains operational.

Remote Monitoring and Integration Options

Options are available with three relays, enabling the oil tank alarm to be connected to additional equipment such as larger alarm panels or building management systems. This allows alarm signals to be monitored remotely, improving oversight across larger sites.

Installer Friendly Redesign

The alarm enclosure has been redesigned with the installer in mind. External mounting lugs allow the unit to be fixed in place without opening the enclosure, while captive screws reduce the risk of parts being dropped and lost in the bund. Improved cable gland positioning also supports easier, more reliable installation.

Suitable for Multiple Fluids

While commonly used on diesel and light oil tanks, probes are also available for water and chemical applications, as well as a high viscosity oil probe suitable for AdBlue and other thick fluids. This makes the system adaptable across a wide range of storage environments. Please note that codes SWS4000 and SWS4001 are not supplied with probes. All cables must be free of electrical noise.
