This diesel hose and nozzle kit includes an Annex premium diesel resistant hose and a Piusi Standard Auto 60 automatic fuel nozzle. Supplied as a matched assembly, it simplifies replacement and ensures compatibility between components.
Automatic Shut Off Nozzle
The automatic diesel nozzle kit features a Piusi Auto 60 nozzle that shuts off automatically when the vehicle tank is full. This helps prevent overfilling and spillage, improving safety and reducing fuel waste during refuelling.
Premium Hose Construction
The hose uses an anti static soft wall design with an NBR cover, offering durability and resistance to diesel and oil. Swaged stainless steel full ferrules and 1 inch BSP hose tails with sealing o rings provide strong, leak resistant connections within the fuel system.
Suitable for Pump Dispensing Systems
Designed for pumps delivering up to 63 litres per minute, this replacement diesel nozzle and hose is suitable for a wide range of pump driven dispensing setups. It is not intended for gravity installations and should be used only with appropriate pumping equipment.

Can this diesel nozzle and hose kit be used on a gravity fed system?
Only manual nozzles can be used within gravity fed installations, as the back pressure required for an automatic nozzle to open is unlikely to ever be achieved under gravity conditions. For this reason, gravity hose kits are always supplied with manual nozzles.
